Essential oils made from herbs native to Greece carry a special kind of strength—born from centuries of traditional use and the hardy Mediterranean climate. They offer a safe, powerful way to help reduce pain, stress, and trauma patterns. Derived from plants, flowers, and fruits, essential oils contain bioactive compounds that can be inhaled or applied topically. They influence the nervous and endocrine systems and can safely:
- Support nervous system regulation
- Help relieve pain
- Reduce physiological signs of stress
- Encourage parasympathetic activity
- Improve mood stability
- Enhance overall well-being
Join us in the heart of Evia, Greece, on the Aegean coast for an immersive five-day seminar at our permaculture farm. Together we'll forage for and identify seasonal herbs while walking through the surrounding forests, learn the art of distillation, and create natural remedies including herbal teas, soaps, tinctures, and hydrosols. Through hands-on workshops, we'll explore practical techniques to support wellbeing and help ease stress, trauma, and anxiety. The seminar also includes introductions to permaculture, reflexology with essential oils, and shared discussions that connect ancient herbal wisdom with everyday healing practices.
