Hawthorn – Rosehip

The Gifts of Autumn

Just before winter, the fruits of autumn are ripe and ready to be gathered. It is the perfect time to prepare our winter herbal remedies and cosmetics. We will meet in the beautiful mountain village of Seta to collect the autumn herbs, explore them and learn how they help us stay strong and healthy throughout the winter.

Under the ancient plane trees and beside the springs of Ampoudiotissa, we will prepare:

Hawthorn wine for a strong heart

Honey with rosehip, rockrose and thyme for immune support, coughs and lung conditions

An elixir of autumn herbs for health throughout the year

An ointment with wild rose, pomegranate and other vitamin-rich herbs for deep hydration and skin regeneration

Wear your warm clothes and see you there...
